Many people think of flat feet as an isolated problem that simply needs to be “fixed.” But the reality is far more complex: flat feet are often a symptom, not the root cause. They’re a signal that something has shifted out of balance — perhaps the muscles in your feet have weakened, your posture has changed, or years of inactivity and stiff shoes have prevented your body from using your feet the way they were designed to move.
And that’s not your fault. No one ever taught you how to actually use your feet.
